Sharyn's story... in part. : )

Sharyn Vinci and the Blues Crew.

Sharyn comes from a long line of musical talent. Her father John Vinci Sr, once shared the stage with Dion Warwick in a Senior High School play, and in his adult years was a member of a barbershop quartet. Her Maternal Grandfather is the late, great “Lazy Bill Huggins,” a national recording artist in the 20’s, 30's and 40’s.  Also to her “family” credit, her cousin, Stephen O’Remus who is credited for his musical direction and composition on Broadway.

Sharyn recently retired from her own beauty salon, “Salon da Vinci,” after 40 years in the industry.  This opened the door for the adventure of writing books. To date she has 4 finished, and all will soon be available if not available already.

Sharyn is a wife, a mother of one, and she cared for her own mother for 10 yrs who was plagued with severe dementia.

Sharyn was a singer on the worship team for the first free Methodist Church in East Liverpool Ohio for many years before moving to NC.  She recorded 5 children's songs, a Christmas song, and a few singles before releasing 2 albums and is currently working on another album of Christian origin called “Set me Free'.

The first song she ever wrote is titled “friends,” which she performed on the steps of Wells Jr high school in Newell West Virginia for her classmates, the (self proclaimed) “Newellies”.  Sharyn has been in duos or bands since the age of 14.  She also Co- wrote “American Veteran” (with writer Kent Cox), for the Lincoln Park Preforming Arts Center in Monaca Pa. It was recorded at the Lincoln park music studio, and released in May of 2015 as the theme song for the school’s “Heroes” project. You can find it on cdbaby.com.  She also wrote a musical score titled “Agent Orange” for the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center Heroes Project Play, which debuted in April of 2016 and she also wrote the theme song for the East Liverpool’s Got Talent Community Choir titled  “Together We Can Do Amazing Things.”  All songs (except American Veteran) were recorded at Studio “L” in Weirton WV.

You can also hear her voice on commercials and movie trailers.
